About This Policy

The ABA Accountability Project is an independent advocacy campaign operated by a credentialed behavior analyst in private practice. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to those who submit it.

This site has a minimal data footprint by design. We collect only what is necessary to verify and publish endorsements. We do not sell, share, or monetize any personal information.

We do not send marketing communications. If you opted in to updates and wish to be removed, contact us at any time at WhoRepresentsABA@gmail.com and your address will be removed promptly.

What We Publish

Publication of your endorsement is governed entirely by the disclosure level you selected at submission:

Email addresses are never published under any disclosure level or circumstance.

How Information Is Stored and Transmitted

Endorsement form submissions are transmitted directly to a campaign email address. No third-party form processor or customer relationship management platform is used. Submissions are not stored in any external database.

This website is hosted through Namecheap. Server-level analytics — including standard web traffic logs such as page views, referral sources, and approximate geographic region — are collected automatically by the hosting provider as part of normal server operation. This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any client-side tracking scripts.

Namecheap's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at namecheap.com/legal/general/privacy-policy.

A Note on Anonymity

We take the protection of anonymous signatories seriously. The identities of those who have requested anonymous publication are known only to the campaign author. They are not disclosed to any third party, are not referenced in any way that could enable identification, and will not be published even if this campaign is challenged legally, unless compelled by a valid court order.

If you have concerns about submitting via the web form, you may instead send your endorsement directly by email to WhoRepresentsABA@gmail.com. Please indicate your preferred disclosure level in your message.
